• License. All products are digital and licensed to the original purchasing provider for individual clinical use only (non-transferable, non-exclusive). You may print/use with your own patients. Clinic/practice licenses are available on request.

• No sharing or redistribution. Reposting, resale, forwarding, uploading to shared drives/EHR template libraries, or sharing beyond the original purchaser is prohibited.

• Watermarking. Files may include the purchaser’s email for anti-piracy tracking.

• Email. Please use a business/clinical email at checkout.

• Refunds. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Review product descriptions and samples before purchasing.

• Professional use only. Educational resources; not medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgment. Do not transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) to us.

• Updates. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
